We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and 2 photos of the product you would like to return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@luckymonkeyapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to do an exchange, you'll have to pay an additional shipping fee to receive the new apparel.

Store credit will be issued via e-gift card within 5-14 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible if we don't receive your returned item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom orders, final sales items & liquidation items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that no exchanges will be accepted on the following items: custom orders, final sale items, liquidation items & gift card purchases. 

Refunds
We will notify you once your request has been approved or declined. If approved, we will refund your purchase on a gift card within 7 days.
